- – 5 years: Art. 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without special time limit).

Destruction of documents:In order to preserve and guarantee confidentiality, ISBIPE undertakes to destroy all confidential information to which it has had access as a result of the provision of services when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them. If the Client wishes to keep the original or a copy of this information, he/she must print it out or keep it by his/her own means or go to ISBIPE’s head office to collect it before it is destroyed.
